Cloudi Waitlist Terms
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Fanbase Creator Services, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as "Cloudi" ("Cloudi", "we", "us"). They apply to the Cloudi waitlist and this website. When Cloudi opens, the Cloudi app will have its own terms, which you'll be asked to accept before you use it. By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 17 years old to join. You agree to give accurate information, to use an email address you control, and to list only a social media handle that belongs to you or that you're authorized to represent. One sign-up per person.
3. What the waitlist is, and isn't
The waitlist is free. Joining it doesn't guarantee that you'll get access to Cloudi, or when. It also doesn't guarantee any particular feature, price or launch date. Your place in line is an estimate. We may invite people in a different order, for example by platform, region or capacity. We may change, pause or end the waitlist at any time.
4. Emails from us
By joining, you agree that we can email you about your Cloudi access. You can unsubscribe at any time, but you may then miss your invitation.
5. Acceptable use
Don't sign up with someone else's information or a fake identity. Don't use bots, scripts or other automated means to sign up, and don't scrape the site. Don't try to get into parts of the site or systems that aren't public, or interfere with how the site works. We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.
6. Preview content and other brands
The "Your library" section shows illustrative sample content, not a real account. The creator stories are third-party videos embedded from YouTube. They are the creators' own views and don't mean the creators endorse Cloudi. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads and Bluesky are trademarks of their owners. Cloudi is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Our content
We or our licensors own this website and its content, including the Cloudi name and logo. You may view it for your own personal use. Don't copy, modify or distribute it without our permission.
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your information. It is part of these terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE WAITLIST AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF THE WAITLIST OR THIS WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before it takes effect. Changes don't apply to disputes that arose before they took effect.
14. Leaving the waitlist
You can leave at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing privacy@fanbase.app. We may remove you if you break these terms. Sections 6 to 12 continue to apply after you leave.
